Photography and Videography is permitted at SAFETY IN ACTION CONFERENCE only with press credentials provided by the SAFETY IN ACTION CONFERENCE Press Department. By accepting press credentials, you agree to the terms detailed in this Photo and Video Policy.

Only accredited press are eligible to take photo & video at the conference.
Under no circumstances are tripods, lights and elaborate set ups permitted in any SAFETY IN ACTION CONFERENCE venue hallways.
Press credentials are issued at the discretion of SAFETY IN ACTION CONFERENCE and can be revoked at any time if SAFETY IN ACTION CONFERENCE determines they are misused.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
Flash photography/videography is only allowed during the first five (5) minutes of any session from the front of the room.
After five (5) minutes, no flash photography/videography will be allowed and cameras will need to be removed from the front of the room. Filming from your seat is allowed.
Your SAFETY IN ACTION CONFERENCE press credentials will NOT allow you to audio or video webcast, broadcast or otherwise transmit, retransmit or copy in any form any SAFETY IN ACTION CONFERENCE programming, or Film longer than :45 continuous seconds.
